Returned & Refunds

We hope that you love your order from Devise Rise Apparel! If for any reason you’re not satisfied, it’s easy to return an item and receive a refund.

What is your return policy?

Returns are FREE for all local customers!

We accept unworn merchandise in the original condition within 10 days from the date your package was delivered. The following items cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Any item marked as final sale

Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do I start a return?

Returns need to be processed on a computer or tablet.

To initiate a return:

  • Send me an email, I will do everything I can for a speedy smooth process

How will I be refunded?

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used during checkout.

How long will it take to be refunded?

Your refund will be issued within 14 business days after the return has been received and approved by Devise Rise. You will be notified via email when we receive the return and when the transaction is complete.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account (typically 1-5 business days once they have received the information from us).

Shipping information

What is your shipping policy?

We have one checkout process and one shipping fee, no matter what US state, there is a flat rate fee of $10.00.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestic only as of right now, we will expand geographic locations as we grow. Please send me an email if youre a international customer.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are happy to offer free standard shipping on orders that meet our free shipping minimum. Free shipping on orders over $100.00!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

In domestic locations we offer expedited shipping and local pick-up options. You can select your desired shipping method during checkout. NOTE: Expedited shipping does not change manufacturing time as each item is handmade. We ask that you allow up to 3 weeks max, we always anticipate much sooner, but this is our technical time frame.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 day/2 weeks. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise as these unique pieces are handmade. Some product is ready to ship. Others will be made upon order.

Orders are not gauranteed to shipped on the weekends or holidays but it is possible. 

How can I track my order?

As soon as a package ships, you will receive an email with tracking details. If for some reason you do not receive an email within 2 weeks of placing an order, please contact me.

Order Issues

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make any amendments, please call or text me as soon as possible or email us at Shaunda@Deviseriseapparel. Com

Devise Rise is very quick at packing and shipping orders which means we usually cannot make changes. If it is too late for us to cancel your order, items can be returned (but you would be reliable for return shipping fee).

If you would like to add items to an order you already placed, you will automatically get free shipping on all additional items you purchase before 11:59 PM Eastern that same day.

Payments & Promotions

Where do I enter a promo code?

You can enter a promo code during checkout before completing your order.

Can I pay in my local currency?

You will be required to checkout using the currency local to your shipping address.

Will I have to pay sales tax on domestic orders?

No! Because Devise Rise is located in Minnesota, all clothing is exempt from local sales & use tax

Product & Stock

An item in my shopping cart is now sold out. Why did this happen?

Unfortunately items placed in your shopping cart are not held or reserved until your order is complete. If you find something you like, we recommend purchasing it as quickly as possible to avoid losing out on competition from other shoppers online and in the local pick up customers.

An item is out of stock. Will you be getting more?

Devise Rise pride on selling in limited quantities re-stock is possible but not guaranteed if not requested. Please send an email for request of sold out items.
